There are 27 books in the New Testament. In the pages of these books, God has given us everything we need to know for salvation, sanctification, and future glory. A general breakdown of the structure of the New Testament is the four gospels, Acts of the Apostles, epistles of Paul, Jewish-Christian epistles, epistles of John, and Revelations. In this course you will study an overview of each book and gain a deeper understanding of the structure of the New Testament. You will discover the similarities, differences, themes and viewpoints of each of the four gospels, the purposes behind each book, and major themes of these books, such as the doctrines of the church. Upon completing this course, you will attain a better understanding of how the Holy Spirit inspired each human writer of the New Testament.
