BI101 Old Testament Survey

This course gives the student an overall view of every book in the Old Testament and how each book fits perfectly together in the Bible. In studying the books of the Old Testament, the student learns the purpose and theme of each book and section. In doing so, the student will also learn the foundational doctrines of biblical Christianity found in the Old Testament. Finally, the student will understand the importance of knowing the Old Testament, to properly interpret the New Testament and to recognize the prophetic truths of Jesus Christ contained in the Old Testament.
